for Application and Participation

 

Conditions of Participation

The organiser Blueberry Forest Institute reserves the right with it’s sole discretion to decide whether to confirm the binding application or to refuse the participation.

The participation is permitted to everyone who wants to use the seminars of his own free will for his own development and healing and who shall not intend to do harm or mischief with the learned techniques and practices.

The participant assumes all responsibility for his person, his experiences and his actions during or outside the seminar. Each participant is liable for all personal and material damage caused by him in coherency with the seminar to the full extend and releases the organiser and the seminar management as well as the host of the venue of all liability claims.

In cases of public nuisance or disturbance of the group the organiser reserves the right to remove the participant from the seminar.

Children and adolescents under the age of 18 need a written letter of agreement by their legal guardian.

It is explicitly pointed out that the offered activities are no substitute for medical or psychotherapeutical treatments.

 

Reservation of Participation

The seminar places are allocated in the order of the binding applications’ arrival and with this confirmation of application noted as fix. Should a seminar already be fully booked, the participant will be informed accordingly about later dates.

The participation for the seminar CANTOR HOLISTIC TOUCH^® is assured after a down-payment of CAN-$/USD-$/EUR 200.00 by money transfer with PayPal.

The remaining seminar fee is to be paid until 4 weeks before seminar starts. 

 

Participation Fee

The payment of the seminar fee allows the participant to attend the respective seminar. He receives personal support by the seminar management within the bounds of possibility and is qualified to use the techniques beyond the seminar for his and the collective good on his own responsiblity. Hotel accomodations and food are – except as noted otherwise – not included in the seminar fee and are at the expense of the participant.

 

Cancelations of Participation

In case the seminar participant withdraws his application for any reasons, the following terms shall apply:

- Until 4 weeks before the beginning of the seminar a processing fee of
  CAN-$/USD-$/EUR 50.- is due or retained,
- from 4 weeks before the beginning of the seminar 50% of the seminar fee,
- from 14 days before the beginning of the seminar the full seminar fee.
- In case the participant does not appear at the seminar, the full seminar fee 
  is due likewise.
- No refunds will be issued after the seminar starts.

These terms do not apply if the withdrawing person provides a substitute or presents a medical certificate which states his inability to participate.

 

Event Cancelation

Has a participant booked a seminar/training that has to be cancelled by the organiser for any reasons, the down-payment for trainings and holiday seminars are either reimbursed to the full extend or – shall this be requested by the participant – booked for the next date. Other claims can not be asserted from the organiser.
